Default fat bob

Hi all, I like the look of the Fat Bob, however I would prefer to put Mid mounted pegs on, reason.... short on leg front and I prefer mid position. Does anyone have an ideaare thereany existing pegs and levers would fit or are there any aftermarket bits out there?
Cheers
Robert

I'm not really clear here. Do you have a Fat Bob already with forward controls or do you just want one with mid controls. They make them both ways from the factory so you can get it that way. If you already have one with forward controls, you'll need to get the mid components along with an outer primary that has the hole for the shift linkage.

Also if you havent got one yet, you can choose to get either mids or forwards at the same cost from the factory. I didnt know that and got stuck with mids, I prefer forwards.

db252Sorry I didnt read your post well nuff, you are ahead of me.

Oops. Sorry rbt1548. Didn't know you where in the UK, which I saw in another topic, which only gets the forward controls which don't make sense to me but anyways, you should be able to get the kit to change them.

Hi all , Thanks for info, meant to say was in UK wherethe dealer said I could only get forwards, so I think I will wait a wee bit longer and see if they put the mids option on bikes here.
Thanks

I would check with other dealers to see what they say. I love my mids.

Second option also is a seat difference. I've heard of someone on here getting a seatt hat pushed them too forward to use the mid controls. I'll look around and see if I can find it.

It's the same here in Sweden, only forwards.

Should also be easy to add mid-PEGS only. Could then use the mids for cruising, but of course switch to the forwards for in-town stuff and all the shifting and braking.
