...........using Redline in the tranny! I put some Redline synthetic shockproof 75w/140w. Wow what a difference! Shifts like butter, no more noise and neutral just falls right in. I broke got off my lazy butt yesterday and started doing my fluid changes and what not. I properly adjusted and lubed throttle and Clutch. I don't know what the previous owner was running in his crank case and Tranny but it look lile he got a bucket of goo from the Le Brea Tar Pits! I also got my new seat in the mail from a seller on Ebay. She is coming together boys and girls! Next step is a tire kit and set of 11 inch or maybe 10.5 inch shocks! .........I will do it next month when my wife puts down the knife!
I would like to say to anyone out there that is doing their own work. USE the search engine on this forum. You could be the most ignorant person on this board and if you use the search engine, and study the post on this board.........you could build your own bike! It's just an overflowing fountain of knowledge. Thanks to all!
I have heard good things about it also. I was going to use it but a local indy suggested some Belray. So I'm going to run a cycle of that and see how I like it. So far it's pretty decent.
Redline is some great stuff for the 5 speeds I use it in my Fatboy. If you have a 6 speed the Spectro GL5 for 6 speeds is even better run that in the RG. But you can't go wrong with REDLINE
Notice how it takes a bit of riding for it to work it's way throught and tranmission just keeps getting better.
Nice clean looking bike very nice

I'm adding the Redline to my bike next week. I think I might have been the one who mentioned it to you. Good to hear it worked out so well for you.
On a sidenote, Doug if you want some let me know. I gotta stop over at my indy this weekend and pick some up for my trans and motor. Let me know if you want a quart or two and I'll send ya some down.
