Im looking for a windsheld on my wideglide. Does anyone run the harley compact detacable windshield? Do you like it? Im looking for one that I dont look directly through on the road. Thanks.

Just bought one from a guy on here. I love it. And that's coming from a guy who hates windshields! You look over it and it's really not that bad on the bike. I had the bike up to 75 and no major vibes or rattles. The quick release holds real well. Like I said, I hate the looks of windshields but this one is the lesser of all the windshield evils.

I have the compact on my Bob, works well and I look over it 2â to 3â, not as large as on my heritage. I would suggest going to a dealer, and see if whey have a bike set up to make sure it is what you want. I would think the low profile might be to short to actually help much.

I never had a windshield but was considering one .when I go on long rides i have a mucel that nots up in my neck(old wiplash inj.)hopeing that will help anybody els have anything like this. riding with no helment helps the faster i go the worse it gets .
