i just used a hair dryer to get it so hot i could barely hold on to the emblem with my hands. put on some work gloves, and peeled it right off. didnt even need to use GooGone, WD40 or anything else.

Heat it up with a blow dryer or heat gun first...
Heat is the key to an easy removal. I'd let the bike warm up for about 15 mins if I were you before attempting the removal. Then use dental floss & goo gone to remove. Do this all SLOWLY!
