Default Dumb (n00b) question - BS1 vs BS2

Tried to figure it out but couldn't. Can anyone tell me, what is the difference between the Arlen Ness Big Sucker Stage 1 and the AN BS Stage 2?

Looking at the site, they look pretty similar to me.

Why would you use one over the other?

Cheers,
-Jack

you only need to bs 2 if you are doing engine upgrades .

i belive it has a higher air flow .

if you are just doing pipes and fuel mangement or carp stage one you only need the BS stage 1

hope that helps

This is from the link you sent, but I'm glad you did because I didn't know until reading it. 20% larger air filter sounds good for my 95" high compression build.
[*]Stage I Kit features a Team Ness High-Flow filter that accepts all 1993-up oval or round OEM outer covers.[*]Stage II Kit features a 20% larger Team Ness High-Flow filter that requires an 8" round Ness or OEM outer cover.

I was going to say the 2 is actually larger but I see you found out yourself.
