Get to the bank accounts to tie up the funds before she does. Not saying spend it just move it to a new account she doesn't have access to that way it is an equal split. Sell the Harley to a buddy for a buck and have a seperate document stating he will sell it back to you for a buck in 2 years and have it notaraized. Register it in their name and you ride it. Trust me been there through the big D and did the buck thing with my new truck at the time. Worked out fine in court and 1/2 hr after the judge granted the divorce I was reregistering it in my name. Enjoy the ride
