Am I the only one that has trouble finding the kick stand on a Fat Bob? I find it is easier to just reach down and push it out with my hand. Is there an easy way to modify this to make it easier to find with my boot? I have Boss bags on my Bob and they don't help.

Yep HD has a chrome extension for your jiffy stand.I have one on my 07 Street Bob. Makes finding it a whole lot easier.I do not have my catalog here to provide a part #. And not sure if anybody else sells one cheaper than HD.
I don't have a Fat Bob but I had trouble finding mine when I first got it. I found that it just took some getting used to and now find it just fine every time.
What 2007fxdc said. I hadtrouble at first but finally got the hang of snagging it with the toe of my boot. I always double check to make sure I have it down before I lean the bike over.
Fortunately, I've never had a problem like that with my Streetbob. The heel of my boot goes right behind the primary like it has eyes. It should be instinctive for you after a while. Just keep reaching back there with your heel. I don't like the looks of the extensions anyway. JMO.
+2 for what 2007fxdc said. I put one on my FXD after dropping it when I first got it. It works but it's kind of crappy and kept loosening up. PITA. I took the extension off and now it just comes naturally. Give it some time before you waste your money.
