it is nothing but wishful thinking. new harleys don't leak. i believe there is a law against it. you are wishing you had a pan head and that is why you are projecting a leak on the the ground.

I didn't see anyone mention this but even I think it's unlikely since you say the liquid evaporates. My guess was some leakage from the front and rear master cylinders. That could place the spots on the floor near the front and rear tires. The black coating on the cover of my front mas. cylinder bubbled up and got real soft due to some sort of condensation/chemical activity. I had to get a new cover. I didn't notice any small puddles or drips but there was definitely some leakage of some kind. Are your brakes performing fine?
If your bike has air conditioning it could be some condensation from that.
