I pretty much ride solo. When I had the Bagger my wife rode with me on short day trips, once in awhile overnighters. She doesn't really enjoy it so why do it!
Maybe we will 'try' a new seat someday. I just hate the thought of spending all that money for a maybe.
I know what you mean. Even if you find someone withthe same bike andseat you were thinking about and they let you sit on it, doesn't mean you'll like it 100 miles down the road.
My wife used to ride with me all the time years ago, but like others since having kids she won't get on the back anymore.[&o]
Never understood that. We allways used that time for each other, a break away from the kids. We will be doing the Rolling Thunder Ride again this year. That is not that much fun, a hell of a lot of waiting around, but worth the cause. Always ensured our wills were up to date. But hell, both of us coul dhave easliy been taken out driving a cage....
My wife used to ride with me on my metrics, but not very often (she thought I was uncomfortable with it). Since I bought my Harley, she hasn't mentioned wanting to ride at all.
My wifes been riding her own bike for at least 10 years but claims she would ride more if she could just hop on the back of mine.I haven't seen a two up seat that I thought would look good on my Bob and I'm not going to ugly it up for the odd chance she might want to ride with me once in awhile.
