By all means - get the manual and do it yourself. Being able to work on a Harley yourself is just one more of the good
reasons to own one. And, it makes a big difference with the ownership experience. Just make sure you read ahead, carefully,
about anything you plan to do and follow the factory specs on torque settings, etc.

I just ordered the service manual 2-3 days ago from the
H/D dealership, $60.00 .I plan on doing my own oil changes and
tune-ups and hopefully save some money. I have no formal
