Default changing rear turn signals?

Alright guys, in the past I added the quick detach sissybar to my '06 superglide and had to use the rear turn signal relocation kit that just extends them out from their original location. However, I want to go to a laydown license plate with the turn signals integrated into it. What do I need to do? If I take the off what they're on now what will replace them. will there just be a big stem hanging out on the side. Anybody that's done this I would really appreciate some feedback.

Default RE: changing rear turn signals?

I just got this printout from HD for putting bags on and I will need to relocate my signals. Part #7 on diagram will help you, it goes where the stems would be after you remove them.
