Default hand grips/glue removal
I have a pair of handlebar grips on some handlebars, I had taken off for a switch out of handlebars, and the gas side grips are out but I need to get the left side one off. It is glued, and needing to know how to take that one off, with that glue on them still on the handlebar. Is there a way of doing this removal?

brake cleen always work really well with removing any adheasive...otherwise goo gone and some heat...let the goo gone soak in though.

Are you talking about stock grips?&nbsp\\; Do you want to reuse them?&nbsp\\; I cut my stock rubber ones&nbsp\\;off because I was replacing them.&nbsp\\;

try a heat gun or blow dryer. you can buy brake cleaner at wally world or an auto parts store.

carb cleaner works great... will eat though everything! wash the grip completely after your done... use superglue gell to put them back on... it will hold it on and still allow you to break it loose if you have to ever take it off...

WD40 just spray it under the grip with the straw.wait a few minutes then just twist the grip off.It won't damage the rubber to.
