IMO the 1000mile should be included in the warranty, or at least everything but the oil. Fluid change is normal wear and tear but $303(picked mine up today)???? I should have been a Harley mechanic.

I know an ex HD wrench that said most of his ex \\;  \\;co-workers only do what they have to. They make more $ by the amount of bikes they (fix ?) work on.

I was just at my local dealer here in buffalo… $225 for the 1k service. So for $190 I got a lift, the lift adaptors, all the essential fluids, gaskets, lube, heck even the belt tensioning tool ($25 for that is a joke). The guy behind the parts desk said “hell I work here and I do all my own work. It’s too expensive to get it done here.”
