Default windshield vibration
does anyone else have this problem with the hd qd shield????

Does the the windshield actually buzz, like a vibration? Mine makes my bike sway back and forth slightly at high speeds, but it doesn't vibrate. Are your mounts tight and are the bolts holding the plexiglass to the frame tight?

yeah everything is tight&nbsp\\; it shakes at all speeds just the plexiglass shakes the mounts are good to go

Interesting. Mine doesn't shake at all - rock steady until I hit about 80, then the bike wants to gently sway back and forth. I have the short qd windshield. I assume if you pull it off the vibration goes away?

the bolts holding my lexan were loose after about 2600 miles,but I never felt any vibration,or swaying at any speed. I took her up to about 106 the other night for a short burst and never felt a sway!

Do you have a bag attached to the W/S?&nbsp\\; This will create a vibration whether it's mounted outside or inside. It disrupts the flow of air and will vibrate.&nbsp\\; Mine vibrates badily because the bag is mounted inside and low, right where the air comes up from under the windshield.
