My primary chain is rubbing on the inside of my primary cover only happened after I put the lower shocks on. When I have my girl on it get worst. I took off the primary cover and you can see where the chain has been rubbing on the inside of the primary cover. in the middle right above where you adjust the primary chain. to me it looks like everything in there is closer to the primary cover then it was before I lowered it. I had the primary chain adjusted at the dealer and that didn't help at all.

Do you think my chain is wore out?

Do you think I need a new adjuster?

Any ideas would be just awesome..... Could it be a major problem?

adjust your primary \\; chain, it is outlined in the owners manual. the issue wiht you lowering your bike should have no bearing on how it rubs, the fact it gets worse with your old lady on has more to do with weight (not ment as a insult) her added weight puts more stain on the chain. \\; i would adjust it and you shoudl be fine
