somthing else i was thinking, if i do a cam change would i have to get a stage 1 download.. i just have the stock ecm but i do have the pc3usb, so im just hoping to stay clear of the stealer
I went with S&S 510 gear drive on my '06 low rider. better low end but the bigger difference seems to be above 4k rpm. it pulls hard up to 6k. a friend of mine has the same bike with stock cams and i walk away.

If you have a PC3 I think you won't need a stg 1 download, after you decide on a cam, ask around for a PC3 setting others might have. with a bigger cam you'll want more fuel etc. \\;
AHHH FINALLY A GOOD THREAD!!! Thanks guys! looks like TW6 cams are the way to go when uncle sam decides to toss that stim check my way! thanks for all the help!
I've run SE 203's and now have 211's in my 95" build, both are fun. \\; The 203's have more low end torque and tend to flatten out at the higher rpms. \\; The 211's really take off after 3500 rpms and pull hard through after that. \\; They are both great cams that you can get deals on with ebay, but the 211's are especially good at taking down Mustang GT's :-)
well i wouldnt mind taking down a few stangs but im really after a strong low to mid range power for 2 up riding..the way the bike is set up now, it dont like 2up riding..seems i got to stay in the gas to keep up other riders.. with both \\;my girfriend \\;and i its about 375lbs on my bike.
