I too am runnin' the 2" baffles. \\;\\\\\\; IMO, they were nice n' loud in the beginning, but have mellowed significantly over the last 3K miles or so. \\;

The pipes have not gotten quieter, you have just lost some of your hearing.
I recently added the 2" Rush slip-ons and I absolutely love them. I purchased mine from American Classic motors off of ebay but I would not suggest using them. They were the cheepest I could find and had good feedback so I went with them. The pipes were paid for on the 5th of june (239.95) and showed up at my house on the 24th. They were very difficult to contact and not easy to work with. Love the pipes but not happy with the people I purchased them from.
I love my Rush 2.0's. They are the Harley sound to a T.

I have pulled up by other non Rush Harleys at lights or in parking lots before and it seems that my pipes add the sub woofer sound to the other guys pipes. Super deep and not really that loud unless you really peg it.

When you do open it up fully, my friend, you can hear the flames of Hades coming through those pipes in full stereo. . . That is the honest truth.
