Some of you appear to have carbs. What about fuel injection. Do you have serts or power commanders? Did the builder tune it for you or dyno it? Also what are some of the total costs after all was said and done?
Did everyone go with gear driven cams or stay with the chain?
 \\;
Again sorry for the double post I can't seem to reply to my own.
I wouldn't do it without doing gears

im all carb sorry. I would think sert or power commander would do the trick assuming you have open intake and exhaust

This is the winter mod I am doing as well
I have a 06 dyna. \\; Build is 95 inch ported stock heads, s&\\;s roller rockers, blended stock throttle body, Wiseco pistons 10.5 compression, T-man 590 gear driven cams, \\;Rivera pro clutch, Thunderheader, and a power commander III. \\; Tuned on a Dynostar, and produced \\;101hp &\\; 108 lbs of torque. \\; Love the build, \\;at 2000 rpm's it's already hittin at 90 lbs of torque. \\; Was hoping for 105 hp, but 101 works just fine, and I probably \\;wouldn't notice the difference anyhow! \\; All in all \\;it's a respectable 95, and it runs very smooth. \\;
That's a long story cause I made the mistake of having the dealer build it the first time with cnc heads and htcc pistons, and 260 cams. \\; Not to knock the screamin eagle stuff but the build sucked and it cost me 6500. \\; In my opinion the \\;cnc heads and 260 cams are to much for a 95, no power till 3500 rpm's. \\; Anyways that motor blew up at 2500 miles. \\; Dealer didn't check clearance of the rockers so they were crashing on the spring retainers the whole time, so I took the parts to the dealer and they replaced the heads rockers, and pistons, then I sold the new parts on ebay. \\; So I had my stock heads ported for 750, and bought some Wiseco pistons for about 250 or 300, bought T-man cams and gear drives for about 700, and bought the Rivera pro clutch for about 400, and put it back together myself. \\; Sorry I kind of got off track, but my dealer experience was terrible, and I had to spend alot of money twice so \\;it's kind of hard to say how much it cost, but if I did my second build first it \\;might only have cost me about 4000 to 5000. \\; \\;
