My 08 FXDL is stock with the exception of punched out baffles. \\; It ran a little rich with soot in the pipes before the mod. \\;I checked and \\;cleaned the plugs (they looked great) just before \\;the mod. \\; The bike has 1800 miles on it and like all other 07/08, \\;runs hot. \\; Did before I modified the baffles and no change after. \\; \\;(I figure the motor company knows what they're doing and the EPA don't) \\; I've been checking the temps with a laser since new and it's not \\;changed. \\; \\;The bike has always ran great, no surging or missing \\;and the decel pops are reasonable both before and after the mod. \\;  \\;I've read bunches of post about scooters that are running lean and understand the performance and reliability issues associated with lean conditions. For now, I'm going to leave well enough alone on the tune. \\; I'll put a few more hundred miles before I do another plug read. \\;
 \\;
However, I am considering an oil cooler. \\; My questions are, how much did it effect the oil pressure? \\;How reliable are the coolers? How much of a temp difference do they make? \\;

Tight \\;is when you hit the wall with the front end, \\;Loose is when you hit the wall with rear end, Horsepower is measured by how fast you \\;hit the wall, and \\;Torque is measured by how far you move the wall.
