what oil to use at 110 Outside Temp
 \\;
Now everyone with an opion please chime in. \\; I do not have an oil temp guage on this bike. \\; The oil preusre drops almost to zero when riding for a while in the heat but only at idle. \\; During the ride at freeway speeds it stays around 22 psi to 25 psi. \\; \\; Also bike now has around 42,000 miles on it. \\; What is best and is this normal oil presure for this bike and mileage.
 \\;
also any recommendations on any thing that I might or should do before it breaks
 \\;
Thanks to all
 \\;
David

I use RP because it's easy to come by\\; my local Checker carries it. \\;

Only 96 today, but with the sun beating down, very little breeze, and high humidity it feels warmer than that.. \\;

I've mentioned it before, that the majority of guys I know run regular $4.50 a quart \\;Mobil 1 15W-50 year around, even in extreme temperatures, and quite a few of them have more than 100,000 miles on the original engines.

I don't know of anyone that has had any engine problems that could be \\;oil related, and as far as I'm concerned the type of oil you use in your bike is way overblown.
 \\;
Just run a good synthetic oil, change it along with the oil filter at reasonable intervals, keep your bike in a good state of tune, and you should be \\;fine.
