Default dyna speedo relocate

Well I have been google-ing and searching our forums and I have come up with nada on speedo relocation for my 06 dyna. You know the one guys .. we have that big old speedometer with the idiot lights on it stuck between our handle bars. I was even considering going to a set of 6 gallon fatbobs and get a center console just to solve the probblem. but I have kinda grown fond of that flat gas filler sitting in the center. So I was just cruising the web over at progressive for shocks and found ths http://www.progressivesuspension.com...ies/index.html&nbsp\\;. where do i get that setup or a similar one that this bike is running. it looks exactly like where I want to move the speedo and guages. any ideas?

i have seen them moved to the rocker boxes, and then diff riser set ups where used, ther is a fella in the sporty section that relocated his off his bars and moved it to the lower tubes on his nightster, looks awesome... not sure his name but his bike got hit by rocks from some kids, then he got a paint job out of it, has drag bars... hope that helps! his set up should work just fine for you and it is cheap, the idiot lights your can always relocate anywhere with some LEDS and solder time

Check the Sportster Customs on Harleys web site. I think some of the guys on the forum are using them. Also someone on the forum is using a Dakota Digital speedo/tach that looks sharp.

The one on the link you did is a sportster custom set-up. It will work on the dynas you just have to use the idiot lights from the sportster set-up and splice them in.

I bought a custom sportster set-up off ebay to do mine that way but I think I am going to go with a new tank instead, so mine might be back on ebay to resell.
