What gear are you in at that speed? Stay in fifth until over 70 or so. If your in fifth and feel the vibes, something may be wrong. My sons 07 Wide Glide is like glass at that speed. Smoothed out even more when he installed a set of XiEDs from nightrider.com.
It should have settled out by then even at 70 unless this is your first harley and are coming off a metric it might seem like it is still vibrating. 60 is a bare min for 6th gear and is lugging even then.
Does not seem normal. \\; My 07 Dyna is very smooth at all speeds. \\; I've had five Harleys since 1993 and none of them vibrated like what you describe. \\; Time to take it in.....
