Cutting the windshield how to HELP
 \\; I just installed a set of auxiliary running lights on my 07 FXD , now I need to cut the windshield a little at the bottom sides to make the job complete.
 \\; Question is what is the best way to cut the windshield \\;
 \\; \\; I will post pics of before, during and after when complete!

I had mine cut at a glass shop and they used a rotary drill type cutter. I just did not trust myself, but 100s of guys have cut there own. Good to put blue tape over the cut lines. I have read about guys who use a coping saw. You can sand the edges, a quick swipe with MEK on a rag will make the edge like factory.

Use the dremel but put masking tape on it first make your lines then cut it . The masking tape will keep it from cracking. Pretty easy to do just take your time.
