noticed some light grazing on my tank, and lost some paint on the rear guard after fitting the pasenger pad, but on the whole still looks good and I wouldnt hesitate to get another one
It's give and take. \\; It marks up easier, but I think it's actually meant to. \\; Glossy paint marks up just as easy, but the difference is it's in the clear coat, which is why you always see swirls in sunlight.
On denim, those marks show up in the paint. \\; However, if you read the owner's manual, it describes the paint as meant to mark up. \\; this is meant to give it a vintage, worn look...hence the name denim...much like a pair of denim jeans that wear/age over time and give them their look.
I think it's a little softer than the stock paint but's cheap enough that it can be redone frequently. Both my front and rear fenders were done with it last summer and they seem to be holding up allright.
