Default Clunk washer fix

Can anyone tell me the ID, OD, and thickness of pn 45727-08 steering head washer. HD Dallas would have to order and don't want to drive to HD Dallas. I can just make one at work.

Got the manual, checked and adjusted the fallaway (3 1/4"), drove it checked again. Did this a couple times before I got the method down. The dealer didn't even know of this bulletin about the washer. If they parts orders it its a toss up if they will call you when it comes in or not.

Yep, you can make one at work but the hardness of the new part is different. How can you guess the rockwell?

Good question but anything has to be better than that paper washer it came with, even if I didn't harden it all. I think it's a thicker washer isn't it? Just went and checked and the original is only .030" thick. Could have at least made it .060".

Could this be another loctite item? Pretty much all it is is a jam nut and the washer is to keep it from turning.

The washer didn't fix my clunk, now dealer says they may have to tear apart the fork tubes to find the clunk, gonna need the bike for a few days to find the clunk.
