Once you do both in and out, you'll want to at the very least do an ECM flash (dealer only), but that won't really match your setup. \\; Best bet is an aftermarket fuel management device and a dyno tune.

Alright cool. FedEx just dropped off the intake and I want to put it on. The pipes are on backorder 'til mid August. So I add a FuelPak or similar when I put on the pipes?

Keep an eye on your plugs, they will tell you if you are lean or rich. \\;I'm new to harleys \\;but on my other bike I tuned for the filters. I've seen holes in pistons from running too lean.

Ya you may need some sort of fuel management with that intake. I know just slip-ons you can get by with nothing but usually a intake makes a bigger change in air flow than slip-ons. Id keep a eye on the plugs.
