Will I damage any thing if I install my new pipes and air cleaner and then drive 1 mile prior to having my power commander installed?

nope should be just fine with a mile if the bike runs at all with the changes

Only thing that'll happen is backfire / crack and pop.&nbsp\\; What bike is this?&nbsp\\; Hopefully not an 07 or 08, as the pc eliminates your o2 sensors and renders your FI ignorant.

Bike will be fine in closed loop, ECU will make adjustments accordingly. Basically dont hammer on it (WOT etc.) because then the bike goes into open loop and will run rough.
