Good info! Did you go with the the polymer bushings or rubber? Just wondering how the vibrations are before and after.

Yeah the stock bushings are rubber (to dampen the vibes) but if you go anything over stock you can generate too much leverage and you risers can flex. Factory specs factory specs factory specs on the bolts. Or you Will get excessive vibration. Trust me. Too tight=too much vibes

 

Instead of pulling on the bottom with pliers and Risking any damage from the pliers slamming down when it pops how about a flathead and a rubber hammer to tap it out from the top...; ).

 

Ill be doing this shortly, thanks for taking the guesswork out of the method!
