230# i set mine at the highest setting rides good and firm.hd shocks arnt all that great other bike at 40k the springs were garbage put a set of progresives on next 65k seemed like new yet

Where do you get a spanner wrench, at Harley ?? I looked online & cant find anything. I'm 140 & have no idea what my shocks are set at, but I do know the back end is stiff & I need to loosen it up. Let me know if you would.

I picked up one by Custom Chrome from local indy. for about $4.00. Works just fine.
You shouldn't need your setting very high, maybe one. My shocks don't have numbers on them so I just adjusted them and took a test drive. When the wife comes with me I move it two notches.
