I am 5'10' 215 lbs and sometimes carry my wife who is about 150 lbs. How much air should I be running in my shocks on an 04 ElectraGlide Classic? I'm new to the dresser and still have alot to learn about them. I want a nice comfy ride not bouncing or too stiff.

I ride about 18lbs all the time with or without my wife, I like the firm ride and the way it handles, when I add my wife is has a nice ride for her also.
Us the Chart that Old FartJC posted as a guide and take a few rides with and with out a passenger changing the pressure and see what feels good to you.
my wife and I are about the same as you, I run 8 pounds solo and 10 two up. A little more if the bags and tour pak are full. Anything less the bike wallows in turns and bottoms easily.[8D]
I just dropped from 12 lbs solo to 7 lbs and the ride is great now, a little harsh...well I wouldn't say harsh just firmer than i was wanting when solo but it rode great 2 up. I weight 210 and the wife 120 but dont tell her I told ya that
