forward controls on 08 sb
I just bought forward controls yesturday for my 08 street bob. I also bought the service manual for it. What kind of problems will I come across?

The only thing I've found was in the handbook the gearbox and engine drain bungs were shown the wrong way round! I had to rush out and buy an allen key large enough for the gearbox filler.

If you purchased the Harley forwards, there is a much easier way to install them compared to what is described in the installation instructions or the service manual. Instead of removing the inner and outer primaries, you can simply cut the shifter shaft to remove it. Search this site for posts by WS6 Formula to get more info. He has done great write-ups which will make the install very easy. Let me know if you have specific questions.
