Yeah, it's pretty comfy but begs to be customized. Most of my riding is done commuting 80 miles one way to work. My a$$ really digs the sundowner. My chick also loves it. she was 6mos pregnant when I put it on, then the next day we rode 3 hrs to Wilson, NC for easyriders bike show. She had no problem whatsoever. Stock seat was too narrow and put a lot of pressure 'down there' to which she would go numb within 20 minutes. Worst thing, if you get the seat and don't like it, is you sell it for something else. Someone will probably always be looking for a sundowner.

Mine came with it and both my wife and I are happy.

Default Sundowner

Like others have indicated, looks fugly but my wife likes it much better. Just got ours last week. I have the quick release nut and that baby comes of as soon as she does and then back to stock. It is quite comfortable but does lift you up about an inch. I am going to get some embrodery or somethnig done since it is one big assed plain looking piece of seat. With the removable sissy bar it is tight so I may have some custom work done in that area ( maybe narrow the passenger pillon to 11" from 12" where it statrts to reach the bar risers)but you can still mount it. We call ours the FATAZZ seat.

It's comfy front and back but f'ugly on the bike. My bike anyway. I actually have the Tallboy version now but essentially the same seat as far as looks and comfort. I also got it for the wife, not for me. And it only goes on the bike when she's going to ride. I have a pic of my bike with it installed in my gallery along with the detachable sissy bar.
