Sorry, haven't checked here in a few weeks. My albums has more details on what changes I made but basically:
-changed to Fat Bob triple trees
-changed to 16x3 drop center wheel, kept spacers & brakes lined up OK
-used Kuryakin 49mm clamps to mount Softail lightbar
-changed to Fat Boy headlight
-Heritage Classic windshield now fits because of the lightbar
-added 49mm fork boots to bulk up the look a little
-used FLSTC risers
-front fender is Heritage Classic and made mounting brackets out of aluminum
-rear wheel is a 16x5 hoop from a 2010 Roadking. I cut 3 threads off of each spoke and relaced it to the Dyna hub. The 180 touring tire has plenty of spare room
-rear fender is from a 2010 roadking. Filled the original mounting holes and re-drilled to fit the Dyna. Wiring length was the same. The fender was just a little tighter than the Dyna fender

All parts were bought on ebay for about 20% of the original price. I have maybe $700 into the complete conversion. This bike was an insurance wreck with only 2k on the odometer.
