Default Finally After 4 Months

I have finally got my Fat Bob back from the dealer after nearly 4 months. It was there for repairs due to an accident that I was in back in may. You can read the story from the accident if you search wrecked fat bob. My arm is fully healed and I have been back to work for two weeks now. The strenght in my arm is slowly coming back but it seems to have shrunk quite a bit. The guys at work call it a baby freak arm. Back to the Fat Bob, when the dealer recieved the check from the ins company I saw a chance to make it the way I wanted it for a cheaper price. So I got the stage 1 download and screaming eagle ac. I had ordered the rush 2" slip ons before my accident and they had arived the day I got home from surgery. That was a good kick in the nuts, all I could think of was what they would sound like. Well I got the bike back friday and I can honestly say that it is bad *** what a difference adding those parts made. I am satisfied with the way it is. I waited so long for it but it was worth the wait. I also added the kuryakyn switchblades and they are very comfortable. I scraped them on the first hard corner so definatley need to put the heel rest in for hard riding. The bike is much much louder that stock with this set up. It puts a grin on my face every time I crack the throttle. I have set off a few car alarms as well. I am happy to be back on the road and gonna go for a ride in an hour it is beautiful here in mass today. Thanks to all the support I received on this forum. It helped.

Default Grounded

I'm grounded for 8 weeks due to bypass surgery on July 22 so I can sympathize. Happy riding.
