06-08 streetbob owners ???
If the SB simply hadn't been an option...
I'd have considered the Wide Glide more if I could have gotten it in black; the 105th paint is sweet, but not for me...and I didn't want the extra chrome. Since the Wide Glide was ruled out for that, it'd have come down to the Night Train or Cross Bones. The CB is a more complete package for me with the mini-apes and more blacked out details, but I could've just as easily made the Night Train into something quite similar to the CB or what I want my Bob to be. I like that the Dyna handles better...that's something you really can't change with the softies.

this discusson is lame, you all went out and got the bikes you wanted, and now that the new is worn off you want something else.
thats the beauty of harleys, take two identical bikes off the floor and then look at them 6 months later. make them like you want them and ride the hell out of them and rebuild them again!!!!!!!

I definitely don't want something else and for me the new will never wear off with this bike...there's so much I want to do to it!
The question was what we'd do if the SB had always been like the 09...would we have gone with that or something else.

Read the first post in this thread again and you might just figure out that rounder made this thread asking what bike we would be riding if the Street Bob was made to look like the 09 one from the very start.
He wasn't asking what bike we want now that the newness has worn off.
