Sissybar Removel Question

Sissybar Removel Question
Ok, I have a 01 wg and I want to remove the sissybar. Now to me it looks like when I remove the bracket there needs to be a spacer between the rails and the fender to fill the space. Is this right? or will it bolt back with no problems.
