Default Front Fender

I really hate the way the front fender on my 07 bob sits so high off the tire and doesn't follow the arc of the wheel.

Has anyone fitted anything that looks better? pics and details please!

I know that some members have fitted aftermarket fenders to thier bikes. Maybe they will send you some info.

There are tons of aftermarket fenders out there, you can get one for approx $100 unfinished

The 09 Bob front fender sets down nice on the tire. I checked with the local HD parts guys and they said it has the same part # as the 07 Bob except it has an A after the number, so don't know how it would work on the 07. The mounting point may be different and wouldn't gain anything.

Larazauk, I just got a front fender from russ wernimont designs. It's pricey at $225 (the rambler) but it sits low and covers more of the tire giving it a much wider appearance. Only problem is i have the newer style fork sliders and i'm gonna need to make some fender brackets rather than cutting the fender. O7 streetbob the A on the end of the part# is an update and is still the same product. Had the same ? when i ordered my bb kit.

Yeah, knew it was an update and figured it mounts lower on the 09 sliders. I need to start looking for another fender and get it painted this winter. I've got some new chrome sliders coming too and they're an update also. The chrome on mine is bubbling, maybe that's why the update.

You could take it off and drill the holes so it would sit lower.
Wouldn't cost you much other than time and some touch up paint.

That's what I'm planning to do-have been for a while but just haven't gotten around to doing it yet. I had one of the photoshop guys work on one of my pics, and it looked a lot better hugging the tire closer.
