Only if the state requires it. And then I only wear a little Half-shell 'Skid Lid'. Haven`t been caught with the illegal 'Lid' yet. If I do I`ll just pay the ticket and continue to wear it......

Nowadays, always. Never wore or owned a helmet when I was younger and fill-in-the-blank-er.
Half helmet around town. Full helmet on the road, or the wind noise leaves my ears ringing for days. (Tinnitus from my misspent youth.)

It's the law in MD so i've been wearing a 1/2 for a while. just started wearing a novelty. not sure if I like it though. tends to blow back on my head on the freeway and chokes me. thinking about trying one of those "classic" 3/4's like jrk5892 above.

Yep, 100% of the time... I promised my wife & kids. I usually wear a 1/2 or 3/4 but will wear a full face helmet in the cold/rain.

Fines are hefty and for a novelty or non dot helmet, they will relieve you of $150.
Another one for 100% of the time. So far I have a half and 3/4 and will be getting a full face when the weather gets a little cooler.
4A helmet saved my life back when a cager decided to do a U turn in front of me one night when I was going about 40 mph and ended up being propelled over the car and landing on the pavement. That happened 20 some years ago and was the main reason I gave up on riding till recently.
