I am curious about how many wear a helmet?
Some of the time, all the time?
I use a full face on my 10. Mile commute to work
Which is all 55-65 mph freeway. On weekend cruises I use
A half helmet. Grocery/ drugstore neighborhood runs I go
Helmetless
Put on a helmet 1965 and almost did a left turn into a cage..didn't see or hear it coming --Second incident.. about fifty of us riding on a Poker Run and the leader fainted due to heat under his helmet, luckily we were coming to a stop or it would have been a complete diaster. I only wear a helmet now going through states that have laws. Thankfully , not here in Connecticut
Well, to be honest, I really only wear my full face helmet when I know its going to rain. Other then that, I ride without a helmet. I know it sounds bad and all, but I just can't find a helmet that doesn't bother the hell out of me. Half helmets choke me, my full face is heavy and kills my neck after a while (not to mention its hotter then hell when sitting at a light..)
Full face when it's cold or it may rain, half helmet most of the time. Occasionally no helmet if I know it'll just be in town and it's hot .... very rare. In NH there's no helmet law but I'm on the Mass border and in Mass there IS a helmet law.

Just curious
That is how I ride, except I have a 20 mile commute. I live in Michigan where there is a helmet law, but I am 5 mintues from Ohio without a helmet law. I sometimes chance it and run without a helmet if I am heading to Ohio. The cops are few and far between where I live.
