2006 Dyna frame build dates

After reading all of the posts about stator failures,injector problems,clinking noises when rolling on the throttle(anyone figure that one out yet btw?), Im wondering if anybody has any idea if there is anyway to tell by reading the built on date on the frame sticker if a bike has had any of the newer parts installed in it from the factory? Im guessing that there would be a cutoof point for some of these issues. Anyone have any ideas or experiance with this?

I am pretty sure that the bikes wiht the smaller injectors where made before October of 06... not possitive thoug... i have fogoten it was brought up so long ago
