Brake Rotors - Update 9-25-08
There's been some discussion before about the HD rotors not being true floaters.

I replaced the rear rotor on wifes 06 Bob with a new floaterI had in the shop, took off old warped one, lay the floater on top same diameter and bolt holes lined up same thickness
works like a charm do not let the Motor Company fool you into thinking the because they now measure diameter in metric that it is any different than the imperial diameter

my HD front is a floater... all the st bobs fronts are
- I stand corrected... thanks ICE! he brought it up to me that they are a solid piece... ya know what.... THEY ARE!!! i totally forgot that when i powdered them i was going to try to take them apart and could not... they are a solid piece... thanks Joe i was wrong... LOVE to learn something new!

Update
Got a response from Lyndall:
"We have composite rotors as found on our website. Also attached please find
pictures of our newest rotors, the lug drive stainless. These run $359 per
rotor. Call and speak with Paul if you have further questions."
