Just powder coat the parts you have. It's alot cheaper.

VHT for high heat parts and Krylon for non heat stuff is my preference. Take care with the prep work and you can get pretty good results.

Edited to add:
Adrian beat me to it. I was going to add Rustoleum I especially like their primers and if you want a special blend many paint stores can mix custom rattle can paints for you.

I think the bbq paint seems a bit greyer than black. Powdercoat your stuff.

I painted mine with some leftover cheap walmart flat black rattle can. Didnt do much prep work other than windex. That way it would be really easy to powerwash off If I wanted to. Gave me a real good idea on what it would look like black, and to make sure I wanted it that way. Powdercoating is great, but I dont have the money to be taking everything off and getting it done, so its a piece here, a piece there. But in the meantime I get to enjoy having a blacked out bike. And as far as durability, the only scratch Ive had is when a rock scratched my upper belt guard. Easy fix though.

I got many parts from other harley models that came stock in black, either take-off parts or just special ordered piece by piece, mostly from police model FLHTP and FXDP.
The driveline I had done properly in black powdercoat, the exhaust in black ceramic.
