Default Questions about forward controls

Thinking about putting some milwaukee twins forwards on my bike. I have the dealer installed set from when the bike was new, but I want to get rid of that big black rod going under the bike, as well as the master back under there.

my questions are:

  • can the pegs on the forwards be changed? I have the kuryaken 'retro' pegs right now and I like the look a little better.
  • does anyone know what length brake line I will need to get from the master back to the caliper on my 03 fxdl? I'd like to order it at the same time so I have what I need when it's time for install.
  • Does anyone want to buy my factory forwards?

That is a very simple and clean set up from the factory . If you want pretty buy something dressy for the front. You could try to sell your stocks at a swamp meet localy too With a stock bick the factory stuff is clean and works well and you can just dress it up. I have a fxr that some dinky-do install accutronics on it years ago and they look really out of place on a basicly stock bike. Atleast he left the master were it was.

Yeah it did. I wasn't sure what year your bike was...I just guessed based on the other advertisement you had going in your sig.
