Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'll keep the stock rear fender. After Mudd posted the pictures of the Wide Glide with the Dyna wrap fender, I changed my mind. I still like the Deuce rear fender, but I'm not swapping my fender for one.
Oh yeah, hey roofer, I did. The quality is actually quite awesome! I am really, really impressed with the quality and the price. Shipping was fast too. I would hardly recommend Demons Cycles. I think I'm gonna buy some forward controls from them, too. I have the HD ones, but I don't really like them. I prefer tougher looking ones...
It is all about what YOU, like... what YOU want. It is your ride not mine. I walk around and look at bikes and if I see something I like I ask the owner if they like it, where they got it, etc. I will even ask if I can sit it and see how something feels. I do what works for me, what pleases me. HD said it well, Screw it, let's ride. That's what it is all about.
You definitely need bigger front & rear tires & lowered rear suspension, rear super glide fender idea is cool, but I'm not sure which handlebar would fit best.
Go for it man! I always find it facinating to see what other guys come up with and their vision of what their dyna should be. I've "stolen" ideas from other people along the way.
There's or right or wrong..just yours. Chances are you'll change the change one day too.
