great advice with the digital pics... be sure you note where the filler tube is (valve stem) so that is a point of refrence.
Good point, I forgot that point, Thanks Joe. Also, make sure when you lace up the rear that you also make sure that the valve stem is facing the barke side and not the belt side. Hmm I wonder who forgot to do this and now is riding around with a valve stem on the belt side? Could that be me? Yep. Funny than hell watching the guys install the tire and look all over for the stem, then realize that the dumba$$ (me) who laced it up did not pay attention to this. Works, but can get some funny looks at times. Oh well, live and learn from others mistakes, or in this case, my mistake.
I'm just about to take this on too and will be Powdercoating the spokes as well. Do I need to look out for which were on the left or right sides or are they all the same?
Check out "polished stainless steel" spokes from Landmark Mfg. They come in many patterns and look chrome. My spokes are the "diamond" pattern. They "flash" 130% of straight spokes...

It depends on wheel size. Some are all the same, some are inner/outer and don't forget to check the hub offset in the wheel too. Spokes also need to be torqued after runout is removed. I do this regularly for a shop. Wheel stand, wrenches, runout gauge and torque wrench have me all in for nearly $750 for the good stuff to do wheels.
