Default Front end question

I am replacing my narrow glide frontend with a wide glide frontend and the new frontend doesn't have the bearings and my question is can I use the the parts from the narrow glide or do I have to get new ones, I'm talking about the bearings on the stem. And my bike is a 2003 lowrider the frontend is from a softail standard I'm going with a 21 front wheel to

The bike only has 3900 miles on it that is why I thought I could go ahead and use them but would they work

they will work! to get the bearing on the stem, freeze it(stem and lower tree) for a couple hours... bearing will slide right on...

Thanks another question should I get the stock axle and spacers from a fxstd and use my hub and have it relaced to a 21 wheel or get a hub from a standard also Thanks

Your hub won't work. you will need a conical type hub from a WG or standard.
