If anyone's looking for a Street Bob Bartels Harley Davidson in Los Angeles has 6, that's right they have 6 on the floor. 5 Denim and 1 Vivid black. The Sales guy said they also had 5 more in boxes. So there you go. Beware those guys show NO mercy. None!

Do they still charge over MSRP? I went in there once and were blown away by their high prices, especially since the dealers in Orange county and San Diego charge MSRP with dealer prep all within 200 dollars of each other.[sm=huh.gif]
Sans tax, tag, title, delivery, prep, etc. my stock denim bob came in at $14289 which I think is the highest end of MSRP. It's true, Bartel's will show absolutely no mercy. I dropped $17k out the door there and all I got was a lousy t-shirt (and a bike, of course).
Whiff, all things considered you didnt get it to bad. I was there on Xmas eve, Xmas eve for god's sake! And the best I could do was 17,775.00 otd including the 1000.00 towards mods they insisted I add before they would even consider selling me the bike. I wanted to buy badly and only wanted them to earn my biz by giving me a couple of hundred buck off their inflated price. (By far the highest price of any of the 5 stealers I shopped). The sales mgr stood up and said to me "If you want to buy it from us, here's the price. Take it or leave it". I almost got up and dropped his teeth into his pant cuffs and walked out. Instead, I drove 30 mins down the road the same afternoon to LA HARLEY and wrote them a check for the same bike, 15,761.00 otd. Try Van Nuys HD if you need anything done those guys are cool and not to big for their britches. God bartells sucks. Big time!
I got mine at Shelton's H-D in Durham NC, I paid 15K out the door with first service and 1000 in acces. included, I know they have two on the floor and two in the back.
Talkin about long delivery times.... Last week I went into the local Harley dealer here in Australia, and the current Street Bob delivery time was quoted as 4.5 months !!! Yep, over 4 months delivery. Wish I could pick up a second hand one.
$14,780 OTD in Rocky Mount, NC. With 1st service free and $800 in free accessories included. They even send you to lunch next door to the dealer if you have to wait, cause the same guy owns the dealership and the restaurant. Talk to Greg or Brock.
Got mine at liberty harley in akron ohio. I live in erie pa and drove just because erie was pulling some BS and after trying to get parts at erie and them pulling some sheet i'm not walking back though the doors. I got a great price on the bike and feel that the dealership is top notch. Speaking of that the owner helped me load the bike when i picked it up. A+ for sure.
