looked everywhere..took off the air cleaner cover..nothing missing anywhere. Anybody have any ideas? It is the same size as the throttle body screws but none are missing.
Where does this torx screw go?

Looks like a #8 self tapping.
May be screw for the anti rattle spring on clutch lever.

I agree with anubiss. Put it in your tool box until such time as you figure out where it goes. Do as good an overall inspection of your bike as you can do, including pushing and pulling on things, and if you can't find out where it goes, don't worry about it.

Probably from the switch housings at the grips. Looks like one I took out a few minutes ago to lube the cables.
Look underneath the housings. One screw on top and one on bottom , each side.
