I've more or less followed the steps outlined in the link below for the last 6 years with my bikes and never have had any problems. Some might call it overkill, but it's time/money well spent IMHO.

Again this has to be said by me, I am sorry, I officially am very sorry that you guys have to go 4 days without riding, let alone 4 months. I will never bitch again about 55 degree weather. I am sorry for my p*ssyness in the past, it won't happen again.

If you do like JRK5892 says and let it warm up fully any condensation will evaporate. If you don't let it get hot it will just create more moisture. Myself I just ride it year round cold or not.
ack that front end looks **** brother love that headlight and the forks are killer... you should do them to match your paint.. the whole schroud and polish the lower legs... would look awesome... hell it looks cool now

I hate this f-ing weather. I also ride if the streets dont have salt on them or I at least warm it up and roll it aroung the garage.
