tach addition kit price difference

tach addition kit price difference

I have an 05 superglide. I looked tach addition kits and found that 04-05 are $285, and 03 is only $211. What gives. They are different item numbers,but look exactly the same.

04-05 part number 67224-04

95-03 part number 67224-95c

Any info or alternatives would be appreciated.

I did the tach&the chrome bracket($100.)on my 05. the tach's look the same but they are different!The 03 runs off the coil and the 04-05gets its signl from the computer.Its a simple plug in job and it works real good,but for $385. you can get a new dakota digital 7000 series on E-bay
